Pomegranate Spritzers For Christmas



Christmas is in the air. Are you ready for your upcoming holiday get-together? If you are planning to serve non-alcoholic drink, try this Pomegranate Spritzers so no one feels left out from having fun during party. They are healthy and delicious.



This fall-winter fruits are in abundance in the market now. As we all know that pomegranates are associated with many health benefits. They are loaded with antioxidants, vitamin C, folic acid, potassium and fiber. So I take advantage making this drink from scratch. Using freshly squeezed pomegranate and lemon juice intensify great flavor to this festive drink. I always save some pomegranates in the refrigerator for holidays. It can be make ahead couple of days back and stored in an air tight bottle in the refrigerator.

Ingredients~
1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed cold pomegranate juice
1/4 cup freshly squeezed cold lemon/lime juice
1/2 cup raw sugar
1/4 cup warm water
1 litter cold club soda
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds 
Ice cubes

Method~ 
This recipe makes six servings . Dissolve raw sugar in the warm water stirring well in a large pitcher. Add in pomegranate juice and lemon/lime juice. Then add club soda and stir until well mixed. Serve chilled in glasses over ice cubes and garnish with pomegranate seeds. Cheers!
