I love to make my own jams that is not overly sweet like store bought ones. This is so easy to make and delicious. This has got beautiful color and lovely apricot flavor. All you need is only three ingredients. No pectin required as apricot has enough natural pectin for gel formation. Use proper canning method for longer self life. It stays up to a month in the refrigerator stored in a sterilized jar. There's nothing like home made jam on varieties of toasted breads, crackers and cheese board as well. Apricot jam is great for glazing fruit tart, cake, fish and meat. Add flavors of roasted ground Bengali five spice to make a amazing chutney.

Christmas Fruit Cheesecake Tart
We love Christmas to the core and I especially get a little carried away from decorating to baking/cooking. Christmas is all about sharing/caring. Christmas bakes make excellent edible gifts for friends, neighbors, colleagues and teachers. I have already made a Dark Chocolate Orange Brownie Christmas Tree and shared with my daughter's friends. It's fun to shape Christmas tree with chocolate or jam drizzle.Today I have made an amazing festive tart with a smooth and creamy filling along with dried fruits bursting with orange flavor and topped with strawberry jam drizzle to decorate little Christmas trees. It's a wonderful show stopper for Christmas table and the perfect way to indulge Christmas lunch or dinner with family and friends. It tastes absolutely divine.

Organic Loquat Jam
Every year loquat trees produce beautiful fruits that are seen in neighbors' backyard but only birds and squirrels are munching on them. If you have a loquat tree, don't let them go to waste. Eat just like that and make chutney or jam. I promise you won't be disappointed.
People often wonder,"what is loquat?" I also didn't know about this fruit until we moved to our current residence three years back.

Organic Strawberry Jam
The best part of California's summer is when juicy strawberries in full swing and I look forward to make jams. Homemade jams are delicious, simple to make and easy to get canned. I get to choose only the quality ingredients and no refined sugar in my jams.
