Berry Berry Lemonade

When life gives us delicious berries we eat them just like that and make lemonade. A refreshing lemonade bursting with summer's bounty berries is one the easiest way to cool down on hot days. I used fresh strawberry, blueberry, blackberry and raspberry. It's tangy and sweet. Both the kids and adults love it. It can be made up to two days ahead for big party, cover and refrigerate until served.

Try these also- Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade , Kaffir Limeade and Minty Lemonade during summer months. These are absolutely delicious!

Ingredients~
3 cups cold water
1 cup warm water
2/3 cup raw sugar or as per taste
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup mixed berries
A pinch of salt
Ice cubes and lemon slices

Method~
Dissolve the sugar in warm water. Blend half berries and strain through a sieve. Pour all the ingredients except ice cubes into a pitcher and stir well. Adjust sweetness as needed. Refrigerate at least for 20 minutes. It will stay fresh in the refrigerator up to 2 days. Serve with ice cubes. It's so delicious! Happy summer.
